Details surrounding Disney's highly-anticipated sci-fi epic were sparse. But the latest trailer for "Tomorrowland" released today delves more into the backstory of the mysterious, futuristic utopia. The trailer shows Casey Newton (played by Britt Robertson,) a rebellious teen who teams up with reclusive inventor Frank Walker (played by George Clooney) to voyage and protect this strange, future world. The trailer also shows Hugh Laurie as David Nix, who just judging by his malevolent body language, looks to be the primary antagonist of the film.

A synopsis from the Walt Disney Studios is available below.

"Bound by a shared destiny, a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor jaded by disillusionment embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory as 'Tomorrowland.'"
