Heavy metal horror event to take place in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- San Jose's heavy gain is in San Francisco's loss. The horror heavy metal event "Kirk Von Hammett's Fear FestEvil" is set to take place in San Jose this weekend.

At least seven different heavy metal bands will perform.

The event at RockBar Theater Saturday and Sunday will also feature a crypt of horror movie artifacts.

Fear FestEvil debuted last year in San Francisco.
