Teen in Ireland takes selfie with Queen Elizabeth II

BELFAST, Ireland (KGO) -- A teenage boy jumped on the opportunity to snap a selfie with none other than the Queen of England herself.

The 14-year-old named Jack just couldn't resist. He pulled out his cellphone just as the royal monarch was passing by.

Queen Elizabeth II was visiting an indoor market in Belfast, Ireland, when Jack leaned in just inches from her majesty and took a selfie.

The queen looked a little surprised.

Her entourage, on the other hand, was reportedly less than happy about the boy's impromptu interruption.

The queen and her husband, Prince Philip, are on a three-day tour of Northern Ireland.
