SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Yoshi's San Francisco is changing ownership -- the jazz club and Japanese restaurant has been bought by Fillmore Live Entertainment Group.

The new ownership group will take over on July 1 and is vowing not to change a thing. The group is aiming for a seamless transition.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but word is the new owners will bring back the former artistic director at Yoshi's Oakland to take over the bookings.
