Alexa Goolsby's dad isn't the best lip reader. So when Alexa incorporated lip reading to tell him she was pregnant, her father had to put forth a hilarious effort to learn the news.

Alexa and her husband, Drew, asked Alexa's parents to play a game where you try to guess what someone is saying while wearing headphones so you can't hear. Alexa's mom guessed almost immediately when Alexa said, "I'm pregnant."

"Are you?" she asked, and broke into joyful laughter when it was confirmed.

The grandfather-to-be, meanwhile, was still trying hard to finish the game, having guessed that the first phrase had something to do with a pied piper. Drew tried a different phrase: "You're going to be a grandfather." After guessing "You are going to the beach" and "I'm going to behave," he finally repeated back the sentence he couldn't hear Drew saying.

By the time he realized they were making him say that sentence because it's true, the whole family game had devolved into uproarious laughter.

Alexa originally posted the video to her Facebook page, writing, "This was definitely a family game day for the books."

The video has been viewed more than 1 million times, with friends and strangers alike leaving well-wishes for the fun-loving parents and grand-parents to be.
