KNOW AND TELL: Nevada dad sings to get young son to eat green beans

NEVADA (KGO) -- The father of a young boy in Nevada found an interesting way to get his son to eat green beans.

The boy's dad put his own twist on the song "Lean On Me" by Bill Withers and it worked.

His son eats his veggies as long as his dad doesn't stop singing: "Green on beans, green on your soul, I'll be your friend, I'll feed you vegetables, for it won't be long until you're going to need some green beans to eat on."
