FOSSTON, Minn. (KGO) -- A mother in Minnesota is hoping a video she posted online will help stop the bullying of her young daughter.

Video posted on Facebook of a tearful 8-year-old named Anna Cymbaluk, describing the bullying she's endured at school, has been viewed over 10,000 times.

When asked how the bullying makes her feel, Anna said, "It makes me feel sad and scared and I don't like it."

Anna's mom, Sarah Cymbaluk, says the harassment has gone on for months. She and her husband say their daughter has been called a lesbian and that the fights got physical. They say Anna came home with scratches and bruises.

"You tell her, you know, you're stronger than that, you're better than that," Sarah said. "You tell them they're worth something. Because they feel they're worth nothing.""

The family claims Anna went to the principal's office five times to complain about the treatment, but nothing was done.

The video led to a face-to-face meeting with administrators last week, but the family says it didn't go well.

They plan to hold a rally in their town Tuesday to draw attention to the issue of bullying.
