On Sunday, Nick Raymond of Staten Island, NY, posted a video of his parents Leo and Rosemary. The couple is celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary next month, and Raymond wanted to do something special.

From the video description:

Nick told ABC that Leo and Rosemary will be spending 12 days in Hawaii, and hope to see a little bit of everything.

"Both my dad and I served in the military, so I know he was looking forward to seeing the Pearl Harbor Memorial," Nick told ABC. "My mother wanted to see the volcanoes and landscapes more than anything."

Nick said he was able to afford the trip through his savings and his tax return from the past year.

"They're great people, and I don't say that because they are my family. They're just honest and caring people. Granted no one is perfect, I still couldn't of [sic] ever had a better mother and father than they were to me."
