ALBANY, Calif. (KGO) -- An East Bay family is $40 million richer after they won Saturday's jackpot in the California Lottery's SuperLotto Plus game with a ticket they bought at an Albany mini mart, lottery officials said.

The winner bought the ticket at the Albany Hill Mini Mart at 800 San Pablo Ave.

Workers say they know who the winner is, but they're not telling. The Albany store sold the only winning ticket in Saturday night's draw and now some see it as a lucky Lottery store.

The store clerk says the winner lives in the neighborhood and spends just $1 on one lottery ticket each week.

The jackpot for the next drawing is $7 million. Drawings occur each Wednesday and Saturday.
