A Wichita, Kan. man was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood alcohol test, and child endangerment after police found him passed out in a drive-thru with nine children in the car. Edmond Gulley, 32, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday after a woman called 911 out of concern for the children's safety, KAKE reports.

Nine children were present in Gulley's car, five girls and four boys, all ranging from 12 years to five-months-old in age. Police say that six were Gulley's children, three were his nephews, none of whom were injured, according to Kansas.com. Police Lt. James Espinoza said he couldn't remember a case where so many children were in a vehicle where a driver was suspected of being under the influence.

State records show that Gulley's driver's license had veen revoked and suspended multiple times since 1998, according to Kansas.com.
