BART helps make boy's wish come true

SAN PABLO, Calif. (KGO) -- The Make-A-Wish Foundation helped a San Pablo boy do something many of us don't think about twice. Austin James got to ride a BART train on Thursday.

He sees them roll past his school playground, but he has never been able to ride one because he suffers from a serious medical conditions.

BART sent us video of Austin's special train ride from Richmond to El Cerrito and back with only his friends and family onboard.

He got to sound the horn and even announce the next stop.

BART also gave Austin a special plaque to remember his trip.
