SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Fitness enthusiasts and couch potatoes needing motivation to workout should consider heading to San Francisco's Marina Green Fitness Court on Webster Street Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.

ABC7 News is one of several organizations sponsoring the National Fitness Campaign Fitness Court Challenge and fundraiser for the city's Rec and Parks Department.

Sixteen trainers will compete on the court to see who can complete the most repetitions at each station.

The public will also get to see how the free court is used.

"This new fitness court is designed to be a seven minute, seven movement body weight training program and people can come here and learn what to do to keep fit in seven minutes a day," said Mitch Menaged, National Fitness Campaign founder.

There will also be a free boot camp and T-shirts and prizes for the first 500 registered participants.
