SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Researchers may finally have found the cure for snoring! And its as simple as exercising your mouth and tongue.
Researchers in Brazil had a few dozen men and women do a set of exercises three times a day for eight minutes at a time.
They found it reduced the frequency of snoring by as much as 36 percent. The power, or loudness of snoring, dropped by as much as 60 percent.
It's believed that the less you snore, the better your sleep will be.
