San Francisco Avon Walk raised $4 million for breast cancer

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- In San Francisco this weekend, the 12th annual Avon Walk for Breast Cancer raised $4 million.

There were 1,800 participants, including 238 breast cancer survivors. On Sunday they finished their two-day, 26.2-mile trek through the city.

Money raised at the event will help improve access to breast cancer screenings, treatment and educate people about the disease.
