Most third grade boys love superheroes, but now one Minnesota boy can say he's a real hero.

Zach Furman was eating lunch outside on picnic day when his friend Fletcher started choking. As another boy ran to get help, Zach jumped into action, doing something his father had just taught him two weeks earlier - the Heimlich maneuver.

"I was kind of scared for Fletcher, because my friend was in trouble," Zach said.

He says he did what anybody would do and he simply wanted to be a good friend.
