DUBAI (KGO) -- Two base jumpers have broken a new world record by jumping from the tip of the tallest building on the planet.
This video was shot at the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The top of the tower stands 2,722 feet tall.
The two daredevils and their cameraman jumped from a special platform, measuring just 3 feet by 9 feet, constructed specially for the attempt.
As they approached the ground, they opened their parachutes and landed safely.
