SUNNYVALE, Calif. (KGO) -- If you live in a mobile home, you might have to use smaller appliances to fit smaller spaces.

A South Bay viewer was surprised to find an expensive appliance was not supposed to be installed at her mobile home.

Many mobile homes use propane gas, so they require special water heaters that can safely use propane. However, this viewer has natural gas in her mobile home. That led to a lot of confusion when it came time to sell her house. 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney helped her out.
