1 arrested, 7 hurt after suspected DUI collision in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO -- A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a collision Wednesday night on the edge of San Francisco's Outer Mission neighborhood that sent her and six others to a hospital, police said Thursday.

At about 9 p.m., the victims were in a vehicle whose driver was backing out of a driveway in the 700 block of Geneva Avenue when the suspect's vehicle hit the victims' vehicle.

Everyone went to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
