LONG ISLAND CITY, Queens -- JetBlue's computer systems went down Thursday, causing issues for customers at airports across the country.

The Long Island City-based airline posted a message on social media, saying:

"We're experiencing intermittent network issues due to a data center power outage. We're working to resolve & should be restored shortly."

This appears to be having an effect across the country, based on social media posts from people traveling.

The airlines website, jetblue.com, also appears to be down.
