Prince announces back-to-back concerts in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Have you ever partied like it's 1999, wore a raspberry beret, or driven a little red Corvette? If yes, you're going to want to cancel your Oscars party.

Prince announced that the first North American date of his Piano and a Microphone tour will take place this Sunday at the Paramount Theatre in Oakland.

On Sunday, Prince will play a pair of back-to-back shows at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tickets range from $99 to $275 and go on sale at noon today.
