7 On Your Side helps woman with defective washing machine

7 On Your Side's Michael Finney helped a woman get a brand new washing machine after she spent the last few years trying to get it fixed under the warranty.

A good washing machine will thoroughly clean and rinse your clothes. A bad one will chew them up. A South Bay woman says she had the bad kind. 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney got the store to listen.

It's one of the biggest complaints I get -- many repairs, but never fixed. Our viewer says her Sears warranty paid for nearly $2,000 worth of repairs, which is more than the price of the machine. And still it didn't work right.
