PALO ALTO, Calif. (KGO) -- A car dealership in Palo Alto is responding to a video showing one of its technicians on what looks like a joyride.

Brian Thornton shared video from his dashcam after he took his car in for service at Audi Palo Alto.

It appears to show the driver laughing, going dangerously fast and blasting the radio.

Thornton told us he posted the video on the dealer's Facebook page after getting no response to his calls.

He wrote, "Here's the video of your staff abusing my car while it was supposed to be serviced."

Late Friday afternoon, Audi Palo Alto released a statement to ABC7 News:

We are working with the customer involved and have thanked them for bringing this matter to our attention. At Audi Palo Alto, we are proud to be a part of the San Jose community.
