SAN FRANCISCO -- The weekend is just around the corner. Looking for something fun to do? We've has partnered with the team at Hoodline - the hyperlocal neighborhood website, to help you plan your weekend.

For a decade, the San Francisco Skate Club has taught kids to ollie, McTwist and fakie their way through the city. They're throwing a party to raise money for their after school program.

They're auctioning off rideable art. A Sutro Tower skateboard? Yes, please. Check it out Sunday, April 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Luggage Store Project on Haight Street.

Skating gets you hungry and we have the inside scoop on where you can, for a limited time only, eat the best pizza in the world. Tony Gemignani is fresh off his 12th world championship. He'll be serving up some of his winning pies all weekend at his North Beach and SoMa pizza joints. Think wild boar prosciutto and 30-month-aged parmesan.

If pizza's not your thing, maybe Portuguese? Maven in the Lower Haight is not a Portuguese restaurant, but for the next couple Mondays it will be. Soon-to-be opened Uma Casa is taking over the Maven kitchen in a Portuguese pop-up experience.
