SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The San Francisco Police Department announced the arrest of another officer on Friday. Officer Saqib Aslam is accused of allegedly filing a false document and perjury.

Police say he lied on a Department of Motor Vehicles confidentiality form.

The department started investigating Aslam last summer because of a tip from another officer.

Aslam is a nine-year veteran of the department and has been suspended without pay.
