SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) --Imagine your new driver's license is supposed to arrive any day, but you don't see it in the mail. That could make anyone nervous. One San Francisco man was supposed to receive his new license three years ago. But when he updated his address online, it sent his license to parts unknown.
