South Bay man's FedEx package fails to arrive on time

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- We depend more these days on email and text for instant communication. However, sometimes you still need a paper copy delivered fast.

A San Jose resident named Jon Barnes said a FedEx package failed to arrive on time because a new driver forgot to deliver it. As a result, Barnes failed to get an application in on time for his passport to go on his scheduled trip to South America.
