FAIRFAX, Calif. (KGO) -- A San Mateo woman couldn't get rid of the frost in her refrigerator, yet she was told there was nothing wrong.

For a while, she thought she would have to defrost her fridge as she did in a different era. Fortunately it didn't come to that. 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney stepped in to help.
