Colibri was opened more than a decade ago by Owners Eduardo and Sylvia Rallo and has been delighting taste buds ever since. Specializing in Aztec and Mayan foods, Colibri offers a gourmet blend of rich flavors, textures, and traditions with a unique blend of Spanish and French influences. Guests won't want to miss out on their always freshly home-made tortillas and made at your table guacamole.

The bar program is just as meticulously created as each item on the food menu. Colibri specializes in a variety of Mexico's national spirits. They offer a variety of Mexican beers, both bottled and on draft.
