The Contra Costa District Attorney made an announcement related to the sex exploitation scandal that's rocked seven Bay Area police departments.

The Contra Costa County District Attorney has charged a retired Oakland police captain with soliciting prostitution in the sex scandal centered on Jasmine Abuslin, formerly known as Celeste Guap.

The Contra Costa District Attorney held a press conference Friday related to the sex exploitation scandal that's rocked seven Bay Area police departments.

He will discuss whether several officers implicated will be charged with a crime.

This is related to Jasmine Abuslin, who says she had sex with dozens of officers in exchange for money and information, some when underage.
