Earlier Saturday, about a 100 people gathered for a vocal and peaceful march down Market Street to the Embarcardero, and back again. Some in the group said they are worried about the effect the president-elect will have on civil rights.

"We're going to need fight every single step he takes along the way to take away our rights. I know he's going to take away immigrants' rights. He's going to take away the rights of many other groups of people, including women," said protest leader Faith Yakobleba. "He claims to not take away LGBTQ peoples' rights, but at the same time his supporters are rioting everywhere."

In addition to another demonstrations, organizers are also planning a few protests in Oakland Saturday night. Some of these groups have different agendas or points of view. But so far all of them are united in one message, they do not approve of the president-elect.
