BART recovering from major delays after maintenance vehicle stalls in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. -- BART is recovering from major delays systemwide after a maintenance vehicle stalled between MacArthur and 19th Street stations in Oakland.

Service through downtown Oakland was halted, but BART has restored service and trains are now moving through downtown Oakland.

The delays were first reported around 4:30 a.m.
