OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Oakland police have just released new photos they hope will help find the person who shot and killed a former NASA scientist as he was walking home.

One year ago this month Brian Boyle, 30, was walking home from Kingfish Pub in Oakland when someone shot and killed him.

Police have just released new pictures of the two vehicles they are looking for.

The first car is a silver 2003-2007 4-door Honda Accord with a sunroof.
