7 On Your Side helps woman get refund for iPhone suspected of being fake

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (KGO) -- What if you bought an expensive item and then were told later it was counterfeit? It happened to a San Rafael woman who came to 7 On Your Side for help.

This involved one of the most popular consumer products out there, an iPhone. Nicole Trautsch bought it brand new from an authorized dealer, never suspecting it could be fake.
