SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Immigrant rights groups are announcing plans for a massive strike and march on May 1 around the country.

Locally, the May First Coalition of San Francisco will be organizing a large march and protest for that day.

May First is traditionally International Workers' Day and the coalition will march for justice and equal rights for immigrant workers.
