All lanes of WB 580 reopen in Castro Valley following big rig fire

The California Highway Patrol has reopened all lanes of westbound Interstate 580 in Castro Valley after fire crews put out a big rig fire.

The fire began around 1 p.m. The cause of the fire is still investigation. There are no reports of any injury.
