Two women hospitalized after car crash in SF

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Two women are in the hospital after a car accident Tuesday morning in San Francisco.

It happened around 9:30 a.m. Witnesses say both cars appeared to be speeding when the cars collided at the intersection of Front and Battery Streets.

A fire truck arrived within 10 minutes to assist and paramedics arrived a few minutes after.

A man in one of the cars had a pacemaker, so paramedics observed him. He is expected to be okay.
