Police say they executed more search warrants on Thursday, both in San Francisco and in Hayward. Person of interest Bob Tang's vehicle has been towed from SFO and is being processed by CSI.

Rattana Kim says she believes her husband, Piseth Chhay, is still alive. "In my heart I know he's still here with us, he's still here with us. We just need to bring him home," she said.

Chhay has been missing since Mother's Day. Investigators found the full-time Uber driver's car stripped in the Bayview.

San Francisco police are calling 48-year-old Tang a person of interest in Chhay's disappearance. Kim says the two families have been friends more than five years.

"We cook together, we eat together, like family members," she said.

On Tuesday, Tang didn't show up for an interview with police. His family reported him missing on Wednesday. On Thursday, police say they found his car at SFO. CSI is processing it.

"That was the last person supposed to be with my husband, so where could he go," Kim asked.

Investigators say they received information Tang fled the country, possibly to Cambodia.

Missing person posters for Chhay now hang on Burrows Street where Tang was living.

"Nice guy, family guy," said Tang's neighbor, Dennis Middleton.

"Before you could hear the two boys playing in the hallway and things like that, but now at this moment, very quiet," another neighbor, Adriano Bellafronte, said.

It's not clear if Tang's family is still around, despite their friendship. Chhay's wife says she has not spoken to Tang's wife.

"I'm sure she's probably crying every day, every night wondering where her husband is the same way I do," Kim said.

Investigators have searched properties connected to Tang, including Maple Trade Corporation in the Bayview, just a couple of miles from where Chhay's vehicle was found stripped.

On Thursday, SFPD says it served additional search warrants in San Francisco and Hayward.
