Norwegian Air to add non-stop service between Oakland and France

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Planning a European vacation? You'll soon be able to fly from the East Bay to Paris for under $230.

Norwegian Air is adding new non-stop service between Oakland International and Charles de Gaulle Airport in France. The new route will become Oakland's 8th European destination.

Service will launch next April and operate four times a week. One-way fares start at $229.
