Monday marks a new chapter for the Trump White House as General John Kelly takes over as chief of staff, and the pressing issues continue to be health care and North Korea.

Bay Area residents are feeling anxious about what's going on domestically and internationally. They voiced their concerns Sunday at a town hall meeting hosted by Congressman Ro Khanna.

"How real is the North Korea threat," one resident asked.

For some, North Korea was weighing on their minds.

"I'm not old enough for Medicare yet," another resident said.

For others, it was concern that the GOP fight to repeal Obamacare isn't over.

"Many of us are concerned about the 2018 election," another resident said.

Only six months into the Trump administration and South Bay constituents are anxiously looking ahead to the midterms.

"There are very few people on the planet who only supports destructive activities, and that's what I see going on,"

South Bay Congressman Ro Khanna did what he could to reassure the crowd at his monthly town hall.

Regarding North Korea, he referred to the career people in government.

"I will say this; we have some of the most brilliant men and women working on this," Khanna said.
