The Wave offering free swimming Wednesday night in Dublin

DUBLIN, Calif. (KGO) -- If you live in the East Bay you can cool off for free at Dublin's newest water park.

The Wave is offering free swimming from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday night. It's a good way to escape the heat.

Officials say they will open a portion of the sports pool and splash zone, but the water-slides will be closed during this time period.
