Hardwood

-Hardwood is made two ways: solid and engineered.

-Solid hardwood is milled from a single piece of wood. Because it can be repeatedly sanded, it can last for decades. Solid hardwood shouldn't be installed where there are temperature and/or humidity changes. It should not be installed below grade (in other words, basements) or in damp spaces.

-Engineered hardwood is created by bonding layers of real hardwood together in a cross-grain construction. These layers give greater stability. Tile

-Along with Luxury Vinyl Plank, tile has become one of the biggest trends in home decor.

-Tile is a great option for areas of your home where hardwood is typically not recommended, such as bathrooms and kitchens.
