All lanes open on Hwy 680 after roadside fire prompts Sig-alert

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- All lanes of northbound traffic are open on Interstate Highway 680 in San Jose Saturday afternoon after a roadside fire led the California Highway Patrol to issue a Sig-alert.

The incident was reported at 11:28 a.m. near Highway 680 and the Berryessa Road off-ramp. The Sig-alert was issued at 11:45 a.m., and subsequently cancelled at 12:53 p.m.
