CHP reporting fatal crash in Castro Valley

CASTRO VALLEY, Calif. (KGO) -- The California Highway Patrol Sunday morning is reporting a fatal crash on 164th Avenue in Castro Valley.

The crash occurred at Foothill Boulevard.

A vehicle crashed into a concrete barrier, according to the CHP.

The crash has closed down 164th Avenue in both directions.

The incident was first reported at 5:54 a.m.
