Investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying two people suspected of using a credit card stolen from an unincorporated Walnut Creek home earlier this month.

Surveillance cameras from a Sacramento Walmart captured images on Aug. 3 of the two people of interest in the case, who investigators believe used a credit card stolen during a home burglary earlier that day, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office.

The burglary occurred at a home on Sutherland Drive in an unincorporated area of Walnut Creek, according to sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee.

Residents at the home reported some jewelry and a wallet were missing.

Detectives investigating the burglary learned that a credit card stolen in the burglary was apparently used twice the same day at a Walmart located at 5821 Antelope Road in Sacramento.

The sheriff's office is releasing store surveillance images of the two persons of interest and asks anyone with information to call detectives at (925) 313-2660. Anonymous tips may be left by calling (866) 846-3592.
