EPA man running massage business arrested for sexual battery

EAST PALO ALTO, Calif. (KGO) -- A Bay Area man who has been running an unregulated massage business for 30 years was been arrested for sexual battery.

Bernardino Rosas Valle is 66 years old. He told police in East Palo Alto that he helps people with everything from minor aches and pains to fertility enhancement -- all out of his home.

Police believe there are additional possible victims and are asking witnesses and other victims to contact East Palo Alto Detective Steve Ong at 650-798-5958.
