Hazmat situation prompts street closures in San Bruno

SAN BRUNO, Calif. (KGO) -- Crews responding to a hazardous materials situation in San Bruno have shut down a couple of intersections including Herman at Pacific Avenue and Atlantic at Huntington Avenue.

Crews are investigating three barrels of an unknown liquid near the San Bruno BART station and Tanforan Mall.

There's no word yet when the streets will reopen.
