VALLEJO, Calif. (KGO) -- A family is out of its home Tuesday morning in Vallejo after fireworks burned down part of it.

This happened near Dieninger Street and Griffin Drive.

The damaged garage is boarded up but everything that was burned is sitting on the front lawn.

Investigators found burned up debris from fireworks on the floor, so they believe they are what ignited the fire.

The family who lives at the home has been displaced - two adults and a child.

"We had a fire investigator on scene that reported the cause of the fire was illegal fireworks started on the delta side of the house that breached the wall and made it through the garage," Vallejo firefighter Anthony Shair-Ali said.

Vallejo firefighters got the call at about 1:15 a.m. They estimated there's about $100,000 worth of damage that was done to this home.

No one was hurt.
