LOS ANGELES --
Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia is being sued after a roller coaster derailed earlier this week. It left riders hanging 20-to-30 feet in the air for hours when a tree branch fell on the Ninja ride.
Two riders are now asking for money to cover legal costs, medical bills and lost earnings. The lawsuit alleges the park failed to provide a safe and fit vehicle.
Four people were taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Six Flags has declined to comment on the lawsuit.
