Man posing as SJ high school student accused sexually assaulting teen

MILPITAS, Calif. (KGO) -- A man who pretended to be a San Jose high school student is in jail Thursday after police accused him of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old multiple times.

Milpitas police say 28-year-old John Mark Andres Molina met the victim on the Internet through a social networking website.

Police say the teen was deceived into believing Molina's false identity and was assaulted in a Milpitas residence over an extended period of time.
