Police arrest juvenile accused of robbing BART riders at gunpoint in Berkeley

BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- Police arrested a juvenile suspected of robbing BART riders at gunpoint.

It happened three times in the past nine days at the North Berkeley BART station.

Police say the robber would pull a gun on people in the west and northwest parking lots early in the morning and demand cash.

On Friday morning, a detective spotted a person matching the victim's descriptions.

That suspect was arrested and taken to juvenile hall.
